  • How can I book an appointment?

    Send a request form on my booking & contact page. Be sure to check spam/junk folder and allow a couple days for response. I may take a week or more to respond to during busy times of my schedule! Patience is much appreciated!

  • How much will my tattoo cost?

    Cost depends on the size and complexity of your piece. My hourly rate is $150. Some projects might have a flat rate as well depending. I will give you a quote for your project after consultations and/or reviewing your request form. If you have a budget to work with please let me know!
    (The minimum regardless is $100)

  • Where is Zephyr Located?

  • Can I bring someone with to my appointment?

    Yes! You are welcome to bring one person with you for support. Please do not bring more than one person if they are not getting tattooed as well!

  • How can I prepare for my appointment?

    Make sure you are well-rested! Dress comfortably, be well hydrated, and eat a decent meal before you come in for your appointment. You are also welcome to bring snacks or drinks! You are also welcome to bring distractions. Laptops, books, listening to your own music or movies with headphones is ok!

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes! All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure them. It is used to hold your space / date, and drawing time for your appointment. You are not officially booked until this is taken care of.‍ ‍The amount will come off of the total cost of your tattoo session. This is unless there is a last minute reschedule or no-call no-show.

  • What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

    If you do need to reschedule 48 hour notice is necessary or your deposit will be forfeited. No call-No shows and day of cancellations will automatically forfeit their deposit. Exceptions to this are made for sudden/extreme emergencies like a positive Covid test!

    Please note that 48 hours is the bare minimum amount of time to cancel. Advanced notice is much appreciated as it is much easier for me to schedule someone else in that time slot.

  • Can I see the design before my appointment?

    No. Custom made designs will be shown on the day of the appointment. Small changes to the design can be made on the day. Any major changes may result in rescheduling the appointment for another day.
    Which is ok! This policy is to ensure you are happy with the design and not settling or feel pressured to say yes to a design on the day of the appointment!

    When booking please explain your idea so I can create the best possible piece for you! Please review my portfolio and be positively sure that I am the right artist for you!

  • Can I use numbing cream?

    Absolutely no. The numbing products available are majoritively  unpredictable and unregulated and overall potentially detrimental to general health and the healing process.

    I offer pain management solutions by means of splitting the tattoo into smaller sessions where applicable (especially for larger pieces), going at your pace during the session and allowing for breaks when needed, and using an optional spray with a low dose and safe amount of lidocaine

    Please do not arrive to your appointment with numbing cream on, as you will be sent home and your deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • How do I take care of my tattoo?

    I will give you after care instructions after the appointment. If you have any questions while healing please contact me right away!

  • When is zephyr booking?

    I book the current month plus 2-3 month out from there! Please check my home page and instagram for booking times!
    I am in the shop on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays!
    The earliest start time I book for is 12pm!
    I do not take morning appointments.
    Saturdays get booked up the fastest!

BOOKING POLICIES

Here are my general policies you should be aware of before booking. You are responsible to know these things before booking your appointment!
Please read the FAQ in full as well~

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book

    This deposit will go toward your tattoo and the session.
    I will not put you in the book or draw your design until this is done!

  • If you need to reschedule I need a 48 hour notice.

    Please reach out to reschedule if need be!
    DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK, INEBRIATED, HUNG-OVER OR MEDICALLY UN-SOUND.
    Some exceptions will be made for emergencies. We are all human and things happen!
    No showing, missing the appointment or excessive lateness will result in a loss of a deposit.

  • Custom designs will be shown on the day of the appointment! 

    Small changes to the design can be made the day of.
    Any major changes may result in rescheduling the appointment.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue working with anyone at any point.

    Example circumstances: If policies are violated or continuous issues occur.
